This Crémant is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris & Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. This Crémant is made in the purest respect for traditional methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by at least 12 months’ ageing on laths. A dosage of 12g/l at disgorgement gives it its brut character.
Fine, delicate bubbles on the palate with great persistence. Notes of white flowers on the nose. These floral touches give it a great deal of elegance!
