Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 3 to 6 months.
The nose of this Pinot Blanc is intense, with fine notes of hazelnuts and flowers. On the palate, this Pinot Blanc is soft and fruity, with suppleness and freshness.
What to marry it with?
Enjoy this Pinot Blanc as an aperitif or with fish, whether grilled, poached, en papillote or in a light sauce, such as trout with almonds. It goes very well with Alsatian dishes such as tarts flambées, quiches or poultry liver terrines.
Pinot Blanc goes well with fresh, light cheeses such as mozzarella, feta or mild goat’s cheeses.
This is a wine you can enjoy every day.
