Terroir
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Whole bunches are pressed in pneumatic presses to avoid crushing. The juices are separated to optimise the quality of our wines. After static settling, the wines are fermented under temperature control and then matured on fine lees for 7 months.
The nose is fine, with notes of flowers and dried fruit. On the palate, this Pinot Blanc Vieilles Vignes is full-bodied. It has a fine structure and balance, with notes of dried fruit (hazelnut, walnut, etc.).
